Charged an incorrect amount
If you think you have been charged an incorrect donation amount, or have been incorrectly charged multiple times, please email
info@schf.org.au a screenshot of the transaction/s as it appears on your bank statement along with the following information:
- Full name
- Intended donation amount
- Receipt number.
Alternatively, please call us on 1800 770 122 to provide these details over the phone so that we can look into the donation further and come back to you as soon as possible with more information.
Charged for a donation you didn't make
If you were charged for a donation you didn't make, please email
info@schf.org.au or call us on
1800 770 122 and provide the following information:
- Full name
- Amount you were charged
- Receipt number.
Our team will look into the donation further and come back to you as soon as possible with more information.
