Setting up a regular donation
Thank you for considering the Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation for your ongoing support. To set up a regular donation, you can head over to the donation page on our website and complete the required information or alternatively by calling one of our friendly staff on 1800 770 122 who can assist you with set up over the phone.
If at anytime you require assistance or have further questions regarding regular donations, please reach out to us via either channel and we can assist you further.
Changing a regular donation amount
To adjust the amount of your regular donation, please contact our team via email
info@schf.org.au or call
1800 770 122 and our team will promptly assist you in updating your regular donation amount.
Cancelling a regular donation
To cancel an ongoing regular donation, please email a request for cancellation through to
regulargiving@schf.org.au or call us on
1800 770 122 with the following details of your donation:
- Full name
- Regular donation amount
- Contact number
- Email address.
Once we have this information we can process the cancellation request. Once your regular donation has been cancelled, you will receive confirmation of the cancellation via email.
Putting a regular donation on hold
To place your regular donation on hold please email
info@schf.org.au or call us on
1800 770 122. Please include the following information:
- Donor ID number
- Name
- Contact number and/or address.
