Updating physical mailing list preferences

To change your mailing address or to unsubscribe from our mailing list, please email info@schf.org.au or call 1800 770 122 and provide the following information:
  1. Full name
  2. Contact number
  3. Donor ID number
  4. Mailing address.
Our team will get in touch to confirm your account details, then remove you from our mailing list.

Removing a deceased family member from our mailing list

To remove a deceased family member from our mailing list, please provide the same personal details outlined above for the family member you wish to have removed.

Updating email marketing preferences

You can update your email marketing preferences or unsubscribe from all marketing emails by clicking on the links in the footer of any marketing email you receive from us. Alternatively, you can email info@schf.org.au or call 1800 770 122 and provide the following information:
  1. Full name
  2. Donor ID number
  3. Email address.
